Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Shipping fee: €12.95
Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for orders over €50
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Babyproducten KleineKinderen. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a simple return and exchange policy.
Our Return Policy
You may return or exchange products within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The original packaging is intact
- All labels, accessories, and documentation are included
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Teething rings (Bijtringen)
- Bath toys (Badspeeltjes)
- Used car seat accessories (Gebruikte autostoelaccessoires)
Return Process in 4 Simple Steps
Step 1: Submit Return Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with:
- Subject line: “Retouraanvraag – [Order Number]”
- Product name and order number
- Reason for return
- Your preferred solution (refund or exchange)
- Your contact information
Step 2: Approval & Instructions
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you:
- Return approval
- Return label (if applicable)
- Specific packaging instructions
Step 3: Return the Product
Carefully package the product in its original packaging and include all accessories. Send to:

Note: For international returns outside the Netherlands, return shipping costs may apply and will be deducted from your refund.
Step 4: Return Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email
- Processing typically takes 3-5 business days
Refunds
After your return is approved:
- Credit Card/PayPal payments: Refund processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
- Bank transfers: Refund processed within 7-14 business days
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process indicating you want an exchange
- Clearly specify which product you want instead
- For price differences, you’ll receive a payment link or refund
- The new product ships once we receive your return
Defective Products
For defective items within warranty period (30 days from receipt):
- Contact us immediately with photos/video of the defect
- We typically offer replacement or full refund
- For large items (strollers, car seats), we may request return of specific parts only
